Designer Adds A Mario Element On Cigarettes

For his personal project ‘No game for smokers’, Ukraine-based designer German Ljutaev of web design studio Altima Web Systems has created a concept design for cigarettes that incorporates the game element in Mario, depleting life bar, on each cigarette—as a warning to smokers.

Could the message be “keep smoking, and it’s game over”?
