The World’s Largest Lollipop

To celebrate National Lollipop Day, chocolate candy store, See’s Candies, has made a 7,003 pound lollipop, breaking the Guinness record for the world’s largest lollipop, as reported by Huffington Post.

This enormous candy measures in at 4-foot, 8.75 inches in length, 3-foot 6-inches in width, and 5-foot 11-inches in height—breaking the previous record set in 2009, in terms of weight, by nearly 500 pounds.

Instead of being eaten, the lollipop will be placed on display on July 29 at AT&T Park in San Francisco, before being ‘recycled’.

Hands up if you would like to lick this giant ‘sucker’!
