Street Artist Conveys Messages Through Modified Stop Signs



Brooklyn-based street artist Dan Witz has modified a number of stop signs as part of his ‘Do Not Enter’ project—with each modified sign conveying a different message.

Started since 2007, Witz adds to the project by creating his own stop sign modifications—some of which are humorous, while others are politically charged.

His modified signs have been placed in the streets of Brooklyn, Vienna, Norway and Poland.
