A Tilt-Shift Camera, for Quick Miniaturization

Photojojo’s newest product puts tilt-shift photography in a small, affordable package.

The Tilt-Shift Camera does exactly what its name says: it’s a point-and-shoot digital camera—the size of a mobile phone—that automatically renders shots with the tilt-shift effect.

The otherwise normal camera—it has an LCD display, flash, an SD card slot—has a unique lens that is mounted at an angle. The lens lets users take normal pictures or videos that make buildings, people, and things look tiny, with the ‘bokeh’ effect.

It’s limited to a video resolution of 640x480 (AVI format), and photo resolutions of 2560x1920, shutter speeds ¼ to 1/3000, and fixed focus lens of f=7.45mm (1.5m to infinity). Other than that, it’s a fun lo-fi toy-camera, that takes pictures that look like dioramas.
