A Tribute To Dead Logos
Amsterdam-based The Stone Twins has released a book that commemorates 50 discontinued logos from the past.
The book ‘LOGO R.I.P’ adds old logos of AT&T, Kodak, Unilever, Xerox, NASA and Pan Am and the likes to the logo graveyard.
Each of the graphic symbols include an obituary, a short write-up that talks about the design and cultural history—to ensure that although these logos may be gone, they are not forgotten.
LOGO R.I.P is available on Amazon at US$20.
