‘The Beer Keyboard’: A Keyboard Made Of Cans Of Beer
A bunch of techies, who go by the moniker ‘Robofun Create’, have built an unusual keyboard that uses cans of beer as ‘keys’.
Called ‘The Beer Keyboard’, the device comprises of 40 beer cans, an Arduino board, and a Raspberry Pi mini-computer.
Users just need to gently press/tap the cans to input letters on its connected computer screen.
On belting hot days, lager lovers can also grab one of the ‘keys’ as a refreshment—just make sure to drink the less-used letters, or you might have trouble finishing your sentences.
The Beer Keyboard was backed by Prague-based brewery Staropramen, for the Webstock event in Bucharest in September.
