Gruesome Anatomical Cupcakes, To Raise Awareness Of Diseases

We never thought that cupcakes could look anything but delicious and pretty—until now.

London-based avant-garde baker Miss Cakehead has created a series of gruesome cupcakes and sweet treats that are crafted to look like diseases-ridden body parts.

As part of a campaign to raise awareness of diseases—and how to prevent them—the unappetizing snacks will be sold at “Eat Your Heart Out”, a pop-up shop London’s St Bartholomew’s Hospital Pathology Museum during Halloween.

Other items on the menu include fungus toe nail cookies, polycystic kidney cakes and marshmallow brains.
