DC Comics Creates Real-Life Bat Mobile
Combining automotive styling with comic book art, DC Comics has partnered automobile company Kia Motors to launch eight customized superhero vehicles.
Each vehicle will be specially-designed for each member of DC Comics’ iconic “Justice League”⎯namely Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg.
Conceived to benefit We Can Be Heroes⎯a charity campaign that seeks to fight hunger in the Horn of Africa⎯the first car to be unveiled under this partnership is a Batman-themed Kia Optima SX Limited.
The car will featuring a matte-black body and yellow LED lighting accents, and sport piano-black Batman logos and other touches.
