Facebook Partners Firefox, Lets Users Chat On Messenger While Surfing The Net
You can now chat on Facebook while browsing other sites on Firefox.
The recently-updated Firefox Beta browser has an embedded Facebook chat box on the right side of the browser.
‘Messenger for Firefox’ allows Facebook users to seamlessly chat with friends while doing other things—without being restricted to the Facebook site itself—and also view notifications, friend requests and messages.
The new feature is part of Mozilla’s Social API that will allow social networks to integrate services into the browser.
