Germany-based creative production house The Marmalade unveils the secrets of how mouth-watering, slow-motion visual effects are achieved, in a self-promo clip.
From concepts on a storyboard and creating and testing the set, to capturing and editing the final product, the short behind-the-scenes clip ‘The Beauty Of High Speed’ gives viewers insights on the techniques and trouble used to create visually-appealing ads.
The production house goes beyond what McDonald’s does to make its burgers look pretty, and even created an incredible high-speed robot, named ‘Spike’, to film precise moments at ultra-high frame-rates.
