Hyper-Realistic Dolls That Look Like Real Children
French artist Laurence Ruet creates amazingly life-like dolls that can almost pass for real children.
Sculpted without the use of a mould, these dolls are one-of-a-kind and spot unbelievably human expressions on their faces.
Taking care to imbue a sense of personality in her creations, each doll has unique features—such as freckles and missing teeth—their own set of specially-crafted clothes, shoes and “pets”.
Although they are indeed beautiful to behold, don’t you think that they are also a little creepy, in a Child’s Play kind of way?
