Chinese artist Cao Hui turns everyday objects—such as a chair and jacket—into horrific and bloody sculptures.
Using resin, he molds the butchered flesh and organs into the sculpture—paying strict attention to the details.
From entrails spilling from a slashed cushion to swollen armrest stitches, Hui’s sculptures appear to bulge, droop and tear—very much like actual flesh.
