Photographer Dane Shitagi captures the elegance and grace of ballerinas against city landscapes.

In the ongoing series, called ‘Ballerina Project’, each composition—a collaboration of dance, fashion design and photography—features the organic lines of the dancer in contrast with the urban cityscapes, to play out a juxtaposition that tells of the emotions and hearts of the ballerina.
