French-born, California-based photographer Jean-Paul Bourdier has created a beautiful collection of surreal images, featuring painted human bodies blending into the surrounding natural landscape.

Taking care to match the colors exactly, Bourdier’s 'Bodyscapes' series is not a product of Photoshop, but a result of meticulous planning and a skillful manipulation of light, body paint and the natural environment.
