‘Hanksy’ Returns With New Pun-Filled Street Art

The Walken Dead

To promote his upcoming solo art show in Melrose, self-proclaimed ‘street fartist’ Hanksy painted several new pun-filled artworks on the streets of Los Angeles.

However, his new artworks came at a price—while putting up his ‘Weird Gal Yankovic’ on the corner of Melrose and La Brea, he was caught by the police and placed in handcuffs.

Hanksy has made a name for himself for creating ‘punny’ street art, and for spoofing the works of renowned UK street artist, Banksy.

Check out his recent works below:

Weird Gal Yankovic

Pee-Wee Merman

Roman-Catholic Bale. Because he’s the hero the Vatican deserves, but not the one it needs right now

Urine trouble with James Franco and The Whizard of Oz

Legends of the Tall

Cage Against The Machine

Bradley Pooper

Brick Moranis

Gal Pacino
