Strikingly Soulful Black & White Portraits Of Wild Animals
Connecticut-based photographer Stephanie McDowell have shot some incredibly intimate, black and white portraits of wild animals from the New England region.
In addition to photographing the injured wild birds housed at the Connecticut Audubon Society, she has also captured some beautiful pictures of other wildlife, such as wolves, monkeys, horses and even tigers.
These portraits freezes surprisingly tender moments in the brutal wild and brought out the beauty and personality of their animal subjects.
