Designer Sets Up Pop-Up Shop In A Tree

In an effort to bring his online shop offline and into the real world, Tokyo-based British designer Duncan Shotton set up his first pop-up shop recently.

But unlike other pop-ups that are already interesting with their ephemerality, Shotton literally took the concept to new heights—he set up shop in a tree.

What he calls ‘POP-UP A TREE SHOP’, his shop located at Harajuku was where he sold his design creations that were dangled from the tree.

From morning, he sat up there until it rained in his ‘tree-mendous’ one-off shop, and tended to customers or fans who came by to say ‘hello’.
