LEGO Unveils Life-Sized ‘Star Wars’ X-Wing Fighter In New York
To celebrate the premiere of the upcoming series ‘The Yoda Chronicles’ on Cartoon Network, LEGO has unveiled a 1:1 replica of the ‘Star Wars’ X-Wing starfighter that is 42 times the size of the retail set.
Measuring 43 feet in length, 11 feet in height and with a wingspan of 44 feet, it is also the “world’s largest LEGO model”.
It took 32 master builders, about five million bricks and over 17,000 hours to complete this masterpiece.
