Artist Creates Playful, Imaginative Scenes Using Toy Figures & Stationery
By Jillian Wong, 25 Feb 2014
Office life is dangerous.
So take care!
German artist Bettina Güber has a delightful series titled ‘Office Life – Small People’ in which she creates playful and imaginative scenes using toy figures and stationery.
In her carefully-composed photos, Güber transforms her work desk into a world filled with danger and excitement, turning staplers into deathtraps and tape dispensers into slides.
Brimming with mischief and accompanied by humorous taglines, they are a fun imaginary look at the shenanigans toys would get up to if they came to life behind our backs.
Check out Güber’s photos below and view her entire series here.
And I wonder why my pencils always get lost and I have to steal one from anywhere else...
So that’s what happens when I leave;
My office turns into an amusement park!
Pencil sharpeners? Are overrated.
Only a sharply chopped pencil is a good pencil
There’s a lot of fun in the office at night.
During the day there’s not. :-))
This is...uh...was an important memo!!!
Girls just wanna have fun.
Even with a slide tape dispenser.
Love in the office!
