Infographic: The Creative Routines Of Influential People In History

We have previously featured the sleep habits and literary productivity of famous writers. Now, we show you the creative routines of some influential people in history, as presented by RJ Andrews of Info We Trust. Andrews obtained the information from Mason Currey's book, which is titled, Daily Rituals: How Artists Work.

The chart shows us what each color represents in the diagrams, and we can peruse the intriguing and more quirky aspects of each influential person’s routine. It is interesting to note that the famous architect Le Corbusier did morning calisthenics, and that Beethoven was a coffee-lover.

Another aspect of the chart details the time these influencers spent making ends meet. Andrews stated that this aspect of the chart may contain flaws as it is hampered by his own “personal knowledge and inclinations”. The lack of available information from Currey’s book may not be helpful enough for Andrews to re-construct what a day in the lives of these historical figures may have been like.

It is also important to note that most of these influencers worked in the 18th and 19th century, and that it was not completely necessary for them to work as they were in positions of privilege.
