Photographer Takes Close to 400 Portraits Of Gay Men Living Across The World
By Wan Munirah, 26 Aug 2014
Photographer Kevin Truong is on a mission—he hopes to photograph as many gay men in as many cities as he could, to show the diversity within the gay community through his website, ‘The Gay Men Project’.
Truong’s website started as a class project at the Pratt Institute, where he studied in 2012. To date, he has featured close to 400 men from 15 cities. Not contented with just curating photos of the gay men, he included their personal stories as well.
Recently, Truong managed to exceed his Kickstarter campaign goal, which was started to help him fund the second leg of his project.
Take a look at Truong’s photos below, or visit his website to read about the stories behind these gay men.
