Simple, Stylish Branding For A Japanese Hotel Housed In Vintage Caravans
By Dorothy Tan, 29 Jun 2015
Based in Mexico City, renowned branding design agency Anagrama has created a simple but sophisticated brand identity for Tokyo-based mobile accommodation service, ‘Caravan Tokyo’.
This unconventional housing project allows visitors to stay in vintage trailers that have been rescued and renovated before being placed in several locations around the city, offering them a unique experience of the Japanese capital.
The branding identity features the pleasing minimalist aesthetic that is often associated with the Japanese, featuring sparse copy on plain white and brown paper, and is applied on everything, from the toiletries to the sheets on the beds.
