Sitting too much can be bad for our health, but standing too much is not too good either.
With this new sit-to-stand desk by Perch, you can now easily switch between the two positions.
‘Perch’ is a desk that features shelves with notches and handles, that can be adjusted to any appropriate height. The custom shelves also allow for split-levels, which can hold monitors of various sizes at eye level.
It is also user-friendly, requiring no screws or bolts for easy customization. There is an in-built cord management system to keep your wires tidy, and the vertical configuration of shelves allows for more room for your accessories, as opposed to a single-level desk space.
‘Perch’ is the brainchild of Nick Salisbury, who wanted to find a functional and affordable solution to the problem of sitting too much.
“I began searching for a standing desk only to find that they were either too expensive or not easily adjustable from sitting to standing. So I decided to partner with some friends and we set out to make the ultimate sit-to-stand desk.”
The desk comes in two sizes—29” for single-monitor configurations and a wider 38” desk for dual monitors.
