There are a number of small things that you can do before noon each day to help yourself achieve higher productivity and be more organized.
According to this recent article by Apartment Therapy, not only do productive people get up early, they also take care of their health by drinking water to “fire up their metabolism”, eating breakfast to boost “concentration and focus” and exercising to “reduce stress”, all before the clock strikes twelve.
Make the bed.
In addition to ensuring the wellness of your body, you can also cultivate good habits that will help keep you on track and improve your productivity—for instance, making the bed and tidying up can actually improve one’s mood and declutter one’s mind for more important tasks.
Avoid digital distractions.
Taking some some quiet time for yourself and making a to-do list are other things you should do before noon to become more productive and organized.
