Develop a routine
This can range from having breakfast or creating a to-do list with tasks for the day.
Manage your email, not the other way round
Don’t let your inbox overwhelm you; manage your emails by attending to more important messages first.
Engage your colleagues in conversation
Talking to your coworkers lifts your day and puts you in a good mood. This helps to boost your morale for the whole day.
Exercise or carry out other tasks that give you a sense of accomplishment
Do something that energizes you and makes you feel accomplished. This can be in the form of running or completing a demanding task.
