Designer Reimagines The Letters Of Helvetica In Warped Impossible Shapes
By Dorothy Tan, 11 Jan 2017
Helvetica is one of the most famous and well-liked typefaces in the world—however, there are also many who think that it is a little boring.
Based in the UK, visual designer Teodor Georgiev decided to give Helvetica a fun make-over by twisting its letterforms into mind-bending impossible shapes.
The result is a project titled ‘Helvetica Warped’, where each letter appears to loop around and double over on itself, turning the usually sensible Helvetica into something trippy and illogical.
Preview some of the letters from the typography project below, and head over here to check out the whole alphabet.
