Hotel Turns The Table And Reviews Their Guests In Their Latest Campaign
By Izza Sofia, 17 Apr 2017
Art Series Hotel Group has launched a new program called ‘Reverse Reviews’, which flips the traditional hotel review model on its head by getting hotel staff to review guests.
According to Daily Mail, this initiative invites guests at any of the six Art Series Hotels in Victoria and South Australia to participate, with their behaviour and demeanour reviewed and ranked using a point system and published online. Top scoring guests are rewarded with complimentary stays, upgrades, food and drink.
The program follows on from Galaxy Research, which revealed that while guest behaviour is better than most people expect, petty theft and deliberately parading naked in front of windows continues to take place under the veil of anonymity.
To score a five star rating, Art Series Hotel Group marketing director Ryan Tuckerman advised that guests “exchange day to day pleasantries, put the sign out on the door as soon as [the] room is ready to be made up, opt to have [their] linen changed less frequently and keep dirty towels in a pile”.
