It’s normal to be stressed. Everyone needs that push once in awhile—but when push comes to shove, what happens after that? You get burnout: that dreadful stage where your creative juices dry up and your mind and body won’t coordinate anymore.
Performance Strategist Laura Garnett has written an article for Inc. listing some red flags that indicate you’re working your way to a breakdown—and they’re scarily more common than you think.

1. You wake up in the middle of the night with your heart racing

Your mind might get so hung up over your to-do list, it can jolt you awake in a panicked state. Pace yourself and prioritize things. Consider what can be done to ease your nerves. Can you split tasks with team mates or push some deadlines? Sometimes, your everyday habits can make you feel more depressed or anxious without your knowledge.

2. You’re saying “yes” to just about everything
