‘World’s Smallest’ 4G Smartphone Offers All The Features Of A Full-Sized Device
By Dorothy Tan, 15 May 2017
As smartphones get packed with more and more features, there is a tendency for them to get bigger and bulkier—for those of you who want the convenience of a compact phone without having to compromise on functionality, there is the ‘Jelly’.
Described as “the smallest 4G smartphone” that is “amazingly powerful and impossibly small”, the Jelly is created by tech design company Unihertz—this mini-sized phone offers all the features of Android 7.0 Nougat and supports the 4G network, all while fitting into the palm of your hand.
Available in two models—the Jelly (1GB RAM / 8GB ROM) and the Jelly Pro (2GB RAM / 16GB ROM)—and three colors, this mini smartphone is great for those times when you want to leave your heavy and expensive phone behind. For instance, when exercising or traveling.
Despite its small size, the Jelly can do practically everything that a larger device can—it can run any app from the Google Play Store, let users browse the internet, play videos and take selfies.
Kickstarter pledges for the Jelly and Jelly Pro start at US$79 and US$95 respectively—watch the video below to find out more about these tiny but capable smartphones.
