Heinz Celebrates 50th Anniversary With Gorgeous Limited-Edition Baked Bean Cans

Heinz has teamed with Selfridges to celebrate its 50th anniversary of its famous baked beans.
Global brand design agency Jones Knowles Ritchie (JKR) is helping to mark the anniversary of the ‘Beanz Meanz Heinz’ slogan with limited edition packaging in the UK.
To further honor the anniversary, consumers were able to get their hands on limited-edition ‘Beanz Meanz Heinz’ cans decorated with artwork featuring different takes on the famous slogan, which aim to give an idea of the part the humble baked bean plays in our lives.
These special limited edition cans were also signed by Maurice Drake, the man behind the ‘Beanz Heinz’ slogan.
There are 50 different iterations of the cans, with everything from ‘Beanz Meanz Palz’ to ‘Beanz Meanz Eggz’. Tins will be sold for £10 each and all proceeds will go to the Ideas Foundation.
The campaign also includes a pop-up cafe in Selfridges on Oxford Street, London, and a themed store window display.
