One of the most popular stories last week would have to be SNL’s hilarious skit that mocked the Papyrus font—and the internet has a lot to say about it.
Keith A. Spencer, editor-in-chief of lifestyle website The Bold Italic, wrote a post titled ‘In Defense of Papyrus: Your Guide for When to Use Despised Fonts’—at the start, you could be forgiven for thinking that this really is an article about when it is all right to use unpopular fonts such as Comic Sans, Lobster and Times New Roman.
