A Suggestive Art Installation Erected At IKEA Is Sure To Turn Heads
By Izza Sofia, 04 Dec 2017
A sculpture erected in front of the IKEA in Burbank is raising attention for its suggestive shape.
The sculpture might resemble a bowling pin bent at the top, flower vase or perhaps a squash.
From another view, some are suggesting it has a more anatomical appearance.
People passing by the store had a variety of takes. IKEA said it commissioned the artwork, but declined to discuss it in detail. The company said the store and the city of Burbank are planning an official unveiling of the artwork in the next week or so.
If that's supposed to be a dick it's the oddest shaped penis I've ever seen. Maybe people who are concerned don't actually know what a penis looks like?— Jen Graham (@momx3boys1girl) December 2, 2017

To me it just looks like a tree covered up in a white sheet to protect it, and the limp at the top is probably a tree topper that toppled over— Alexander Holly-Jolly-Heart🎄 (@AlexA_Lionheart) December 2, 2017
I think only perverts are raising eyebrows. This is beautiful art. Like a circumcised broken bowling pin. Art.— ashley (@ashketchupp_) December 2, 2017
