Android Phone Looks Uncannily Alike iPhone X, Retails At A Tenth Of Its Price
By Izza Sofia, 07 Feb 2018
Chinese smartphone manufacturer OUKITEL has unveiled its newest offering for 2018 called the ‘U18’.
This wallet-friendlier smartphone bears a striking resemblance to the iPhone X as far as design is concerned. The phone is ideal for budget-conscious buyers who love the iPhone X design, but are not willing to shell out that much money on the coveted device.
OUKITEL’s ‘U18’ only costs $159.99, and sports a nearly edge-to-edge screen display. It also carries the Face ID technology and even has the same notch found at the top of the screen to fit the facial recognition hardware as well as the camera.
However, unlike the iPhone X, this phone has a fingerprint scanner, and is backed by a big 4,000 mAh battery, which helps the device last longer than a slew of other budget smartphones. On the photography front, the ‘U18’ sports a 16-megapixel plus 5-megapixel dual camera setup at the back, and a 13-megapixel front shooter. The dual-SIM phone runs on the Android 7.0 operating system.
Although the ‘U18’ is brimming with an array of top-notch specs, you can pre-order it for just $159.99 here.
