McDonald’s Big Mac Gets Turned Into Gourmet Meal Like You’ve Never Seen Before

How do you make a McDonald’s Big Mac fancy? Perhaps some ketchup caviar and silky potato mousse made from its French fries might do the trick, along with a deconstructed Big Mac burger made to look extra fancy with nimble plating skills.
That’s what James Briscione, Director of Culinary Research at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), got up to in this short food clip from BuzzFeedVideo.
This good ol’ McDonald’s Big Mac 2.0 had some YouTubers wondering what, exactly, they were looking at, and deciding that “a normal big mac would taste better than this deconstructed fufu,” as per YouTube viewer Trinity Entertainment.
This might not be everybody’s cup of coke, but you probably weren’t expecting potato mousse or ketchup caviar. Watch how Briscione turns the casual burger around in the video below.
