Versace Rolls Out The ‘Longest-Ever’ Ad Image Comprising 54 Diverse Models

Italian luxury fashion brand Versace has gone to great lengths—literally—to introduce its AW18 collection with ‘The Clans of Versace’ campaign. It consists an advertising image unlike any other, featuring 54 diverse models to represent inclusivity.
The image was captured by renowned American photographer Steven Meisel, and comprises names such as Gigi and Bella Hadid, Gisele Fox, Kaia Gerber, Kris Grikaite, and Shanelle Nyasiase.
Chief designer Donatella Versace explained in a press release that the 54-model ad symbolizes the Versace brand, “My team doesn’t just extend to my work team. The Versace Clans are made of all members of the Versace family – from customers to models, fans, photographers, stylists, friends, artists and all who believe that staying relevant means moving forward and making your voice heard – all who believe that fashion is not a way to just say ‘look at me’ but rather ‘look at me, I have something to say.’”
The campaign includes a short video, shown below, that schools you on how to correctly pronounce “Versace.”
