The BMWs, which are decorated with pink ribbons and the phrase "10 Years, 10 Million Miles, 10 Million Dollars," are making a million-mile trek across the country to visit participating BMW of North America retail centers.
Brazos County residents are invited to get behind the wheel of the BMWs Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Garlyn Shelton BMW, 3100 Briarcrest Drive.
For every mile a car is test-driven, $1 is donated to the Komen Foundation for breast cancer research, education, screening and community outreach programs. Donated funds will top $10 million for the foundation this year, organizers said.
