South Korean sensation BTS is now helping you learn the Korean language through a series of online classes on social media app WeVerse. The K-pop stars will host a total of 30 lessons on the app from 24 March 2020.
Though the web series will be handy during the current self-isolation period, the idea was reportedly conceived ahead of the COVID-19 outbreak. BTS’ management company, Big Hit Entertainment, announced the launch back in February when the contagion was less of a pressing issue.
However, fans who are now stuck at home can pick up the Korean language from the comfort of their homes with these online classes.
Big Hit Entertainment’s founder Bang Si-Hyuk shared in a statement that the series was “designed to make it easy and fun for global fans who have difficulty enjoying BTS’ music and contents due to the language barrier.”
