Watch: Ghibli Founder Hayao Miyazaki Creates Drawings For The Studio’s Museum

The coronavirus pandemic had forced the Studio Ghibli Museum in Japan to close its doors during the first half of year. However, it has now reopened and even saw special guests appearances.
Studio Ghibli co-founders Toshio Suzuki and Hayao Miyazaki visited the museum and sat down at the park’s Mugi Wara Boshi (Straw Hat) café.
Besides delighting fans at the spot, Miyazaki drew up some adorable characters for a replacement “Hot Dog & Ice Cream” sign at the café, bringing his magic to the real-world.
The museum has since shared a video of the 79-year-old director in action that day. View it below.
