This week, a bicycle stood in front of Banksy’s latest artwork had vanished into thin air.
It was later confirmed that the bike was removed by the owner of building where the graffiti was painted on, per the BBC. The council stated that the bike was apparently taken from its place for “safekeeping.”
The Nottingham Project, an organization working to “rejuvenate” the city, shared on Twitter that it will be working with the building owner and the council to protect the artwork, as well as the famous bike.
Back on 13 October, a mysterious street art appeared in front of a beauty salon in Lentos in Nottingham. The artwork was later claimed by the renowned artist Banksy via his Instagram page.
Some important news, the 'Banksy bike' is safe and well 🚲💚
