Fashion Councils Tap Designers To Create Striking Face Masks With Sweet Messages

Fashion not-for-profit organizations the British Fashion Council (BFC) and Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) have partnered with sustainable Bag of Ethics to produce ‘Great Global Designer Face Coverings.’
The face mask collection will see works from notable British and American designers: Ahluwalia; Preen by Thornton Bregazzi; Marques’ Almeida; Mara Hoffman; Liya Kebede of lemlem; and Kim Shui.
The washable fabric face coverings sport bold patterns, flower prints, plaid designs, and more. On the inner side, inspiring messages like “Strength in Unity,” “Lead with Love,” and “Blessings” can be seen.
The vibrant face masks are available for US$18 per pack, which comes with three reusable face coverings and two protective pouches. Each piece is manufactured within Bag of Ethics’ production factories to keep up with the imminent demand for face masks.
A portion of the proceeds will go towards the BFC Foundation Fashion Fund and CFDA’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity efforts.
