The facility shares the neighborhood with JPMorgan, Maybelline, Polo Ralph Lauren, The New York Times, TIAA-CREF, and strategic partner CondeNet, the online division of print publisher Condé Nast.
"Due to the continued acceleration of the digital industry, we have outgrown our current space, and we're aggressively seeking more digital marketing and technology professionals to fill our new office and support our expanding business," said East Region president Bob Lord in a statement.
Three-hundred New York employees, including 70 new hires and personnel from three downtown offices, are moving in. The facility includes several labs and studios designed for the digital media industry, as well as built-in wireless access and VOIP phones. During the construction process, the New York team launched an internal social networking site that let employees watch the building as it was being constructed, see floor plans, meet co-workers who were in the other Manhattan offices, and share local goodies like restaurant picks, movies, and videos.

"We've built a born-and-bred digital culture that is truly different from traditional agencies and technology consulting firms.
