LAST CHANCE: "Dreamscapes," featuring work by current SVA students Ron Beach, James Farias, Toby Klinger and Michaela Murphy, this exhibition explores the role of the unconscious in improvisation. Westside Gallery, 133/141 West 21st Street, through Saturday, February 10.

"Tomorrow's Artists Today," a series of three exhibitions showcasing works by BFA Fine Arts Department students, curated by Jeanne Siegel, Luca Buvoli and Gunars Prande. Visual Arts Gallery, 601 West 26th Street, 15th floor, February 9 - 24; Reception: Tuesday, February 13, 6 - 8pm.

"The American Dream: Migrant Workers in America Today," an exhibition of black-and-white photographs made by Mark Paris, documenting several Long Island communities of migrant workers and American nationals demonstrating against illegals; selected by celebrated photographer Mary Ellen Mark. Visual Arts Museum, 209 East 23rd Street, through Thursday, March 8.

"Transitional Space," an exhibition featuring work by MPS Art Therapy Department students and the clients they work with at their internships. Westside Gallery, 133/141 West 21st Street, February 17 - March 24; Reception: Wednesday, March 14, 5 - 7pm.

"Mentors," an exhibition of over 140 works by select BFA Photography Department students, inspired by their working relationships with leading members of the New York City arts community. Visual Arts Gallery, 601 West 26th Street, 15th floor, March 2 - 17; Reception: Tuesday, March 13, 6 - 8pm.
