Two studio departments at SVA are heading to professional club spaces for their upcoming exhibitions. From March 20 - 30, the BFA Advertising and Graphic Design Department will showcase the portfolio work of senior department students at The Art Directors Club, 106 West 29th Street. The student work will run the gamut from product-driven ad campaigns and digital design work to 3D design creations. Admission is free, and there will be a reception on Tuesday, March 20, 6 - 8pm.
The following week, students from the BFA Interior Design Department will have their thesis projects--in which the students present functional designs for residential, corporate and commercial spaces--on display at The National Arts Club, 15 Gramercy Park South. Running from March 27 to April 4, the department will host a reception on Thursday, March 29, 5:30 - 7pm. Free and open to the public.
