Los Angeles, CA March, 2007 -- Fahrenheit Studio, a new media design and 21st century branding firm, today announced their design of JossStone.com for the British soul singer and songwriter's third album, "Introducing Joss Stone," which releases today from Virgin Records.
Fahrenheit Studio created a psychedelic and animated user interface that's both artistic and stunning to match the artist's vibrant personality.
Virgin Records called upon Fahrenheit because of the studio's successful record in transforming brands online, especially for popular musicians. Fahrenheit has worked on projects for artists such as The Rolling Stones, Korn, Ben Harper and KT Tunstall, delivering distinctive sites at a high production value.
"Joss Stone is a sweet hippy girl with a knockout, soulful voice and we wanted to create a web environment that matched her personality and was both hip and cool--essentially an expression of her," said Fahrenheit co-founder and director Bob Weitz. "We didn't want her site to be like every other artist site, but a memorable and intimate online destination for her fans to enjoy. We're also known for our color and artwork, which we used fluently on this project to help cultivate an emotional connection with visitors and the artist."
