Jim Woodring at the Sydney Opera House
Join internationally renowned cartoonist Jim Woodring, creator of the comic books Frank & Jim, in a special live show at The Studio.

Celebrating his most popular comics and paintings, the show features animations by top Japanese film makers while Australian musicians Jeff Lang, Michael Lira & Peter Hollo respond to his work through musical reflections.

Jim Woodring at the Studio, Sydney Opera House in a specially curated and produced show featuring:

  • A 25 minute screening of select cuts from Visions of Frank.

  • A 30 minute musical interlude with some of Australia's Jeff Lang, Michael Lira, and Peter Hollo (FourPlay).

  • A 20 minute live visual projection and reading by Jim Woodring entitled Lazy Robinson.

  • A 15 minute question and answer session with Jim Woodring.
