Hybrid creative studio Assemble is excited to announce the addition of Tom Leonard as the company's Executive Producer. Tom brings a wealth of experience to his role at Assemble, which is known for high-concept digital effects and design production on feature films, promos and commercials.
"As a creative boutique we enjoy working on a variety of projects," says company Co-Founder Asa Hammond. "As we look to push more into commercial production, Tom's solid base on both sides of the worlds of design and commercials is a great asset to our motley band of dorks...plus, he is a nice guy."
Born and raised in Chicago, Tom Leonard has spent the last 18 years working for some of the most notable companies in the industry including Pittard Sullivan, Rhythm & Hues, and Digital Kitchen. He also has experience on the network side with NBC, E! Entertainment, and the Fox Family Channel. As a freelance producer, Tom worked on the TV popular series the X-Files, as well as the Wim Wenders film "End of Violence." He also produced design projects for Fox Family, Fox Kids, The Game Show Network, as well as commercials for Budweiser, MSN, Target, Mazda and Dodge. Rounding out this diverse client base is post producing the Sean Penn-directed Peter Gabriel music video "The Barry Williams Show."
