Casio, Inc., U.S. subsidiary of Casio Computer Co., Ltd., today announced that effective August 1, 2007, they will officially change the company name from Casio, Inc. to Casio America, Inc. The company name change better conveys the position of the company within Casio Computer Co., Ltd., which is a leader among consumer electronics manufacturers and a global company with subsidiaries throughout the world. The new name will reflect the company's sales responsibility in both the United States and Canada and will allow for more effective communication with retail executives and the company's customer base.
