With Star Wars: The Last Jedi just around the corner, photographer Josh Rossi felt that it was only timely to channel ‘The Force’ for his family’s Christmas cards this year.

Rossi is known for recreating scenes inspired by major film releases. This includes his Wonder Woman project that featured his three-year-old daughter. This time, the whole family got together for the ‘Rossi Family’ poster. A studio shoot with green screen backdrop were employed, plus costumes made by designer Julie Whiteley, who donated US$1,500 worth of apparels for the project, according to PetaPixel.

After photographing portraits of each family member, Rossi edited them to include Star Wars-specific details. He wrapped up with Photoshop whilst closely referencing the original Star Wars: The Last Jedi poster.

“I had such a fun time doing this with my family, especially with my one-year-old,” said Rossi.
