Ad Agency Rewards Employees With Free Beer, When All Timesheets Are Filled

Filling out timesheets is mandatory, and necessary for an agency to be a profitable.
Ad agency JWT Brazil realized that timesheets were tedious to do, so it decided to encourage its employees to complete their timesheets every week, by rewarding them only when the work was done.
The agency filled a fridge full of beer that only opens when everyone has done their timesheets.
Does anyone else think every office needs this reward system?
