Does Penis Size Matter?
By Jillian Wong, 18 Jul 2014

For as long as humans have been around, the topic of penis size is one that has been much debated and discussed; some argue it’s how you use it that matters while others firmly believe a bigger penis makes for more pleasurable sex.
This video by ASAP Science attempts to answer the age-old question.
Throughout evolutionary history, the females of the species traditionally seeked out males with larger penises to pass on strong genes, in a process known as sexual selection.
A study also found that some women experienced more frequent vaginal orgasms with a longer penis, suggesting that a longer member is able to stimulate the entire vagina and the cervix. However this doesn’t take into account clitoral orgasms, which stimulate different nerves and different areas of the brain.
In addition, many surveys have found that most women aren’t too concerned about penis size, although the reverse is true for homosexual men.
In another study, women were asked to rank the attractiveness of men based on computer-generated images showing different body sizes. Unsurprisingly, taller and fitter men were perceived as being more desirable, and having a larger penis helped boost their rankings.
However, other factors like confidence, personality and attraction all contribute to the overall sexual satisfaction a man can provide.
In conclusion, while size definitely helps in some areas, bigger doesn’t necessarily mean better.
